Terms and Conditions
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between The Rotherwick Patch and yourself.  You accept on behalf of YOUR ENTIRE BOOKING GROUP INCLUDED WITHIN THIS TICKET that use of the site, play equipment, additional props and any other item located within The Rotherwick Patch and controlled by The Rotherwick Patch is used at yours and your groups risk and as such indemnify The Rotherwick Patch and the farming company, A Steel and Sons and the landlord, Tylney Investments as well as third party contractors from liability for any injury or
damage howsoever caused and that you use these premises/facilities at your own risk.

Site: Tickets are for an arrival time slot, not a departure time. Please arrive within your slot, you are then welcome to stay until we close. 

Photography, filming disclaimer: Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout events at The Rotherwick Patch. These will be used by The Rotherwick Patch for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of images and confirm that you have been fully informed and are giving your consent before entering the event. 

The use of drones is strictly prohibited at all times. 

We reserve the right to shut the site without notice should there be a risk to the public or our staff, this does not effect any other condition laid out within these terms and conditions. You will not allow any person to damage the site and will stick to the paths at all time. If anyone within the groups does damage the site or other property on or around the site, inclusive of access ways, carparking and any other property located within The Rotherwick Patch the group will be liable to pay for the damage and to leave the site.

The Rotherwick Patch accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then The Rotherwick Patch will refund all tickets that have been purchased for the affect event. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations which are due to the person or persons booking the ticket/s.

You accept that any person under the age of 16 within your group will be escorted by a responsible adult while on our site. You accept that plants and fauna may be present within the Patch which is not suitable for human consumption, and by accepting these terms and conditions you indemnify The Rotherwick Patch should anyone person within the party consume or by any other means be effected by non-edible, toxic or irritable plants and or fauna.

You accept that while the best efforts are made to ensure the surface/ ground is free from hazards, you understand that slips, trips and falls may occur when visiting the patch due to the nature of the uneven surface. You accept that The Rotherwick Patch cannot be held accountable for such incidents as slips, trips and falls. All visitors are advised to wear suitable footwear i.e. wellies/ outdoor boots when visiting.

Well behaved pets on leads are welcomed on site, owners must clear up any mess left behind.

The site is strictly no smoking and anyone seen smoking on site will be asked to leave immediately. 

Use of our car park is at your own risk and The Rotherwick Patch accept no liability for its use.

Company Purchases: Should this purchase be made by a business, please accept this booking
confirmation as a receipt.

Tickets: All Tickets and sundry items are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Tickets can be EXCHANGED for another date (subject to availability) up to 48 hours in advance of your booked attendance date. This service is offered by Wix and not by The Rotherwick Patch, please log in to your account via The Rotherwick Patch website to make the amendment yourself.

Disabled Parking: Disabled parking is available and proof of status we accept are evidence of being in
receipt of disability living allowance (DLA), personal independence payment (PIP) or Attendance Allowance.
